You do not need to contact the facilitator or register prior to attending; you are welcome to just show up (unless there is a note requesting attendees call first). Lexington-Fayette County Health Department
The Lexington-Fayette County Health Department’s needle-exchange program will be held 1:30-4 p.m. Fridays. The free, anonymous and confidential program is designed to reduce the spread of HIV and hepatitis in Lexington. Used needles must be brought in to receive clean needles.
Rivendell Behavioral Health Hospital
Adults 18 and up with substance abuse or poly-substance dependence, or a dual diagnosis, can receive medically supervised detox and/or a full 30 day rehabilitation program.

TRUST – Teenage Recovery, Understanding Sobriety through Treatment treats adolescents who have chemical dependency issues in addition to mental health problems. Many patients are struggling with substance or poly-substance dependency and are also dealing with mental health issues such as depression or anxiety. After a thorough evaluation the psychiatrist will determine the appropriate treatment approach for each teen.
